Just closed on our new home in this development. Seems like aa great place to live and the amenities included are really impressive. The biggest reason Im leaving this review was our construction manager Tim B. This gentleman went out of his way to make us feel at home. Every request or question we had for Tim was answered within minutes. We felt as if we had known him for 10 years and our home was the only one he was building at that time. The Grand Dunes North Village. The name says it all. Ryan homes, are building some of the best homes i've seen in South Carolina. The development entrance is perfect from the time you ride back the long lane. The palm trees and the tall oaks are so pleasing driving threw into the gorgeous layout of the place my wife ,and i will be calling home in April. We are so pleased that we drove back there one day while taking a ride. There are many different house types to choose. The design of the homes are so unique. There's walking trails along side of the roads. This development was thought threw very carefully with it's design to make anyone moving in here be very pleased to be part of it. There's going to be a large pool as well as other activities. You will also be part of a private beach. My wife and i are so exited to get in this new home. We are building one of the cottage homes. This house is so cozy, and unique compared to other homes we've looked at. We have a wonderful sales lady named Nikki. She is very nice , and helpful walking us threw the whole deal.
